The Controller administers, directs, and monitors all hospital financial activities and keeps the hospital CEO and the hospital board of trustees informed of the financial condition of the hospital. The position includes the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve organizational assets and report accurate financial results. This position also coordinates all audit activities. Kingman Community Hospital is comprised of a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, three rural health clinics and a home health agency. The successful candidate will excel in communication and teamwork and have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. Experience in health care is preferred.
