Seattle, Washington - Seeking an acute care nurse practitioner (ACNP) or physician assistant (PA) to join a fast-paced, multidisciplinary Critical Care team. Full-time position. Schedule averages thirteen 12-hour days per month, 31 nights per year, no call or back-up. Competitive compensation; comprehensive benefits; CME allowance. The ACNP/PA will work in collaboration with Intensivists to manage their respective ICU patients. Successful applicant will have a passion for critical care, a strong educational foundation and will continually seek current, evidenced-based practice to ensure high quality, safe patient care. This clinician will perform advanced procedures including endotracheal intubation, central line, arterial line placement, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and lumbar puncture. ACNP/PA will work in the NeuroICU or CVICU with the potential to cross train. Prior ICU ACNP/PA experience is strongly preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience is required.
