The Vice President, Post-Acute Care Services position is responsible for all planning, development, implementation, and operational oversight and strategic development of Post-Acute Care services at Hamilton Health Care System. These businesses include Hamilton Home Health and Hospice as well as all aforementioned senior and community services.

A minimum of five to seven years’ experience in the aging services field in a senior level operations position is required with an emphasis in the areas of healthcare and clinical services. Experience with the management of a single site CCRC or nursing home would be appropriate, but we would also like to consider someone who is knowledgeable of what it is like to be part of a multi-site, perhaps hospital-affiliated, systemic environment.
We are looking for a senior services executive with a Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline or health-related field from an accredited college or university. A Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is preferred. A Nursing Home Administrator License is also strongly preferred.
