This position supports the operations of Ob Hospitalist Group in providing hospitalist services by coordinating clinician schedules at assigned programs based on availability of part-time, full-time and agency per diem and locum tenens providers, while minimizing additional expense. This position is also responsible for filling open shifts as needed to start or stabilize programs.
Ob Hospitalist Group’s home office is Greenville, SC. This position is a field position which does not necessitate working from the home office. This position does support the operations team in Arizona, California, the Pacific Northwest, and Alaska so ideally the candidate would live in this area.

2-3 years of healthcare scheduling or related experience
Proven success with all of the following:
Proficiency in scheduling and managing large, complex workloads
Cultivating relationships and delivering a high level of customer service in a high paced environment
Developing strong relationships via the phone, text and electronic methods
Meeting stringent deadlines with accuracy
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) with a focus on follow-up
Associates Degree in healthcare field or business administration preferred
Recruiting experience a plus
Experience working with clinicians and/or hospitals is desirable
