MultiCare Rockwood Clinic, a 338 provider multispecialty medical group, is seeking a President to provide strategic leadership and operational management for the organization. Founded in 1930, MultiCare Rockwood Clinic has over 85 years experience in providing primary and specialty medical services to the community. With 27 clinics in Eastern Washington and Western Idaho, MultiCare Rockwood Clinic is the largest enterprise of its kind between Western Washington and Minnesota. As part of the MultiCare Health System, the Rockwood Clinic provides medical group, urgent care, outpatient surgery, diagnostic services and other ambulatory treatment services as part of a coordinated, integrated delivery network. The organization has annual net revenue of $177 million and employs 1,400 people.
Reporting to the Chief Executive of MultiCare’s East Region and the Rockwood Clinic Board of Directors, the President is responsible for leading the overall strategy and operations of MultiCare Rockwood Clinic. Qualified candidates will have held senior leadership positions managing a large multispecialty medical group, ideally within an integrated healthcare system. Experience leading a complex organization with multiple sites in a competitive environment is ideal. Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or a related field, with a masters degree strongly preferred. Qualifications as an M.D. or D.O. are welcomed.
