UCA - Urology Care Alliance has an amazing opportunity for a Clinical Research Coordinator, in Lawrenceville, NJ.
UCA is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take Vital Signs perform EKG’s, draw blood, process lab specimens, and give injections. Must have excellent technical and communication skills. Must be able to obtain a complete detailed medical history and recruit and retain research subjects. Excellent planning, problem solving, and organizational skills required. Must understand GCP/ICH guidelines and ensure study protocol, and regulatory requirements are followed. Competency in Microsoft Office required.
The qualified candidate must be able to review and take a complete detailed medical history, Vital signs, EKG's, draw blood, give injections. Explain study procedures, Ability to think and plan ahead, Excellent organizational skills, Must be able to Recruit and retain research subjects. Must understand GCP/ICH guidelines. Ensure that study protocol, and regulatory requirements are followed.
Skills & Competencies:
ECG, phlebotomy, lab skills are required
Must be proficient with medical and technical terms
Must have strong verbal communication, planning and organizational skills
Problem-solving aptitude and personal motivation are vital in this role
Understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines for human research
Understanding of Code of Federal Regulations for Human Subjects
Computer Competency in EDC systems as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Understanding Phases I-IV drug development processes

Education & Training:
Certification as a CRC is desired
