Develops and implements non-physician talent acquisition activities throughout the organization. Develops talent acquisition’s budget, plans, and strategies to ensure qualified applicants are sourced and available to fill current and future open positions. Participates in discussions with management to identify current and future staffing needs. Manages and directs staff to ensure compliance with EEO/ADA laws and regulations. Implements and maintains recruitment-related software to fulfill a variety of functions during the recruitment and on-boarding process. Ensure equitable compensation process is followed as appropriate to attract and retain employees. Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships throughout organization to ensure continuous quality process.
Master’s degree in business, human resources or related field and five years related talent acquisition experience including sourcing of applicants as well as interviewing, recruiting and retaining of employees required.
