Colibrium is hiring a Regional Sales Director for the Western Region to join our team. This role will play a critical part in our fast growing technology company servicing the health insurance vertical. Our smart, innovative team is changing the way customers buy and manage their health insurance benefits with our Tuo® and Tuo® 360 CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background selling complex software solutions to key health insurance carrier executives. We are looking for a hunter with experience in high-volume sales activity. Your target territory will be the Western Region and travel is estimated at 50% - candidates may be located anywhere within close proximity to a major airport.
Bachelors Degree from a 4-year accredited institution
Extensive experience selling complex software to key executive in enterprise or mid-sized companies
Experience selling into the health insurance carrier and/or broker market is a MUST have
Hunter mentality with proven ability to find the right contacts and close business
Technical aptitude to quickly learn and sell our business, product and value proposition
Professional presence with superior verbal and written communication skills and an engaging personality with ability to build strong relationships
Intrinsically motivated to exceed expectations
Strong attention to detail
Able to work in a remote/work from home set-up and travel up to 50%
2 openings. Telecommuting is allowed.
