University HealthCare Alliance (UHA), an affiliate of Stanford Health Care, has a new opportunity for an Operations Administrator at Cardiovascular Consultants Medical Group, with regional oversight for CCMG’s sites (8+) in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.

The Operations Administrator will provide operational leadership, direction and administration for all aspects of CCMG’s sites and will work collaboratively with CCMG’s Board Administrator and CCMG Physician President in a triad partnership to support accomplishment of the medical foundation’s and medical group’s goals and objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; Master’s degree in a related field is preferred
7 years of senior-level experience in medical group administration or ambulatory care delivery system
Proven operations leader with strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge of the principles and practices of health care administration and physician practice management sufficient to effectively manage, direct and coordinate the operation of a health care organization and provide outstanding patient care
High level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective communication with physicians, staff, the Board of Directors and UHA Corporate leaders and staff
Lean/Quality Improvement and Epic EMR experience highly preferred
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels in the medical group, UHA, Stanford Health Care community and externally
