Comanche County Memorial Hospital, Lawton, OK - the regional referral center for Southwest Oklahoma, seeks an Associate Program Director to help lead their family medicine residency program. The program is dually-accredited by the American Osteopathic Association and the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
This is the ideal opportunity for clinicians wishing to maintain an active clinical practice with dedicated time for teaching, resident precepting and scholarship. No adult inpatient call required.
The Position: The new faculty takes on a leadership role in a well-regarded, community-based residency supported by collaborative faculty and hospital leadership with strong commitment to education, the residency and improving the quality of care delivery and health outcomes for the region. This is an opportunity to practice in an environment that understands and supports the value of the primary care physician by providing a broad opportunity for teaching and clinical practice, with highly-competitive compensation and loan repayment opportunities. With the mission to provide excellence in education for Family Medicine residents while building a quality primary care workforce for rural Oklahoma, the program graduated its first class of residents in 2017.

Graduate of an AOA/COCA accredited School of Osteopathic Medicine OR Graduate of an ACGME accredited program.
Valid osteopathic (DO) license in the state of Oklahoma.
Current certification by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
Current medical licensure and the ability to obtain medical staff privileges at CCMH.
