Cooley Dickinson Health Care (CDHC), an affiliate of the world-renowned Massachusetts General Hospital, is seeking a Medical Director to lead medical management at Cooley Dickenson Medical Group (CDMG). CDHC and CDMG is an exciting place in its evolution in providing patient-centered care and advancing population health, achieving tight clinical integration while adjusting to new reimbursement models, including managing risk under commercial contracts as well as a statewide Medicaid ACO. CDMG is embarking on initiatives to grow and continue to evolve as a regional health system; this individual will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting strategies and initiatives that further this growth.
The primary responsibility will be providing physician leadership for a large multi-specialty, multi site medical group practice, including integration and alignment, clinical quality improvement, medical staff oversight, and physician recruitment and leadership development. He/she will champion the quality efforts driving clinical integration and consistency of care throughout the organization. The Medical Director will partner with Hospital, PHO, and Medical Group Administrative leadership to strategically develop programs, processes and systems that ensure the viability and future growth of CDMG.
Cooley Dickinson Health Care (CDHC) has made significant investments in their physician/provider practice locations and operations. They have implemented ICD-10 and have joined the rest of Partners Healthcare in its migration to Partners eCare (EPIC).
