ResponsibilitiesYou can use your analytical capabilities to support our network of healing. As a Principal Compensation Analyst you'll gain insight into the value of various positions and groups within the David Geffen School of Medicine and Dean's Office. You'll pair this insight with comprehensive data-analytic tools and your own strategic capabilities to further UCLA Health's legacy of innovation. You'll evaluate, implement, and review programs relating to compensation requests, equity increases, and reclassifications. You'll also be given the freedom and resources to develop the infrastructure and tools needed to enhance compensation and administration processes at UCLA Health.
Qualifications7+ years of experience in human resources analysis with a strong emphasis on compensation administration. Thorough knowledge of salary survey methodologies and market analysis Aptitude for data analytics Excellent communicator Superior data manipulation and analytical skills, particularly with Excel Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or combination of education and experience strongly preferred. Experience managing wage implementations for collective bargaining represented employees. Certified CCP preferred
