The Polyclinic is a physician-owned and physician-led multispecialty medical group committed to continuous process improvement (CPI). The Chief of Primary Care will strategically lead the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) transformation across primary care. Reporting to the CMO, the Chief of Primary Care will partner with the Vice President of primary care practice management in a dyad model. Together, the Chief and VP will expand upon the population health and managed care expertise to increase risk-based revenue. Furthermore, the Chief of Primary Care will work with the active support of the CMO and COO to continue the development of a model of care that promotes a patient-centered delivery system, implements quality initiatives and provides other population-health focused activities.
The selected candidate will be an innovative physician who has experience utilizing the CPI model of care within primary care and the ability to lead the transformation within primary care at The Polyclinic. He/she will possess a minimum of five years of primary care clinical practice and leadership experience preferably in a multispecialty group practice or other large health care organization. The preferred candidate will be well versed with electronic health records, particularly Epic, as well as population management reporting. Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain an unrestricted medical license in the state of Washington.
