A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished sales professional to work at the corporate office located in downtown Chicago, Il. This role is responsible for census improvement by assessing, developing, implementing and supporting sales programs and initiatives across our 10 communities. In addition, this position focuses on coaching needs within Vi’s portfolio to achieve and maintain the established occupancy target rate as a company. Additional Responsibilities include, but is not limited to: • Supporting community-specific sales projects to assist in fill-up and occupancy growth strategies which include: monitoring metrics, managing weekly/monthly coaching plans, execution of sales events and assisting with the community relations/outreach strategy. • Performing sales assessments and making recommendations for action plans to improve sales outcomes and increase occupancy. • Reviewing community SWOT analysis and identifying opportunities to build into actions plans and recommendations for collaboration with Operations teams. • Assisting with sales training development in collaboration with the Manager of Sales Training and Talent Development to reinforce sales best practices and tools. • Reviewing Mystery Shop and Call Recording results to recommend, implement and monitor action plans with the outcome of improving the customer experience and sales performance results. • Managing the CRM lead bank in collaboration with community Sales Director to ensure equitable lead bank distribution, appropriate lead pipeline management, and accuracy of data integrity. Assisting with new hire training of CRM system, including policies/procedures, for Sales Directors, Sales Counselors, Sales Specialists and sales support team members to ensure data integrity and compliance. • Providing community back-up during periods of staff turnover.
Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of 5 years of successful CCRC sales experience and 3 years sales management experience to include training and development with a demonstrated track record of improving sales. Bachelor’s degree required. Ability to travel up to 50%.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability develop good working relationships with Executive Directors, Sales Directors and Sales teams. • Excellent analytical skills to identify problems and provide timely solutions. • Ability to provide guidance on coaching and delivering performance feedback. • Must exhibit initiative, demonstrating the ability to be a self-starter and adapt quickly to changing environments. Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel PowerPoint; experience with a CRM system/ REPS preferred.
