Job Summary The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will provide leadership and management oversight to operational and administrative functions including the Physician Practice Liaison (PPL) Office and the Program Management Office (PMO). In addition, the CAO will work with the Chief Operating Officer to carry out the organizations strategic plan and operations management for the organization.
Provides leadership to the Director of Program Management to approve, prioritize, lead and manage projects (clinical and non-clinical) as they relate to the development and implementation of technologies or operational projects.
Develop and executes physician membership engagement and technology training strategy with the executive team including setting the direction for internal and external communication strategy to current and potential physician members.
Oversee the staff and ensure adequate staffing levels, inclusive of hiring/onboarding, evaluating, managing performance, coaching and developing employees ensuring employee productivity, quality of work, and alignment of goals with our mission, vision, and values. Ensure compliance with all policies, financial stewardship by being accountable for the financial integrity around development and maintenance of department budget.
Provides operation and planning of the operating and capital budget goals. Responsible for annual budgeting process by compiling, and preparing company financial budgets and representing to the Executive Team, and governing bodies.
Participates in Executive Team meetings to develop and implement strategic plans and operational goals.
Evaluates potential vendor partnerships, performs negotiations, and execution of third party solution contracts including the management of the legal and contracting lifecycle.
Represents orgnanization to community organizations, consultants, vendors, and other third parties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
