The Materials Management Coordinator manages departmental/unit inventory levels and product demand to determine reorder levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory cost. Facilitates and expedites the flow of materials to and from various departments within the medical center. Inspects goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match the Purchase Order specifications. Operates a forklift, Hi-Lo and pallet jack to stack and retrieve supplies and materials. Position requirements: High School Diploma, or equivalent required. Two years college preferred. Valid N.J. Driver's License preferred. Must be computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel and PeopleSoft a plus. Experience with hospital Materials Information Systems preferred. Excellent Customer Service skills.
