We have an excellent leadership opportunity for an experienced neonatologist to join our team of healthcare providers at Mary Immaculate Hospital (MIH) located in beautiful Newport News, Virginia. We are seeking a site medical director for this growing and thriving NICU within a 5-site practice.
1,750 annual deliveries with anticipated growth
8-bed, Level-III NICU
We care for babies down to 28 weeks' gestation
Limited sup-specialty support
Coverage for ~80% well newborns
Our NICU is currently staffed with two full-time NNPs and three BC neonatologists
Currently 24 hour shifts
