As the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for administering corporate compensation and benefits plans/programs, ensuring that the plans/programs are consistent with Kootenai Health’s policies and all applicable federal and state laws, implementing corporate compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures, and managing daily compensation and benefit operations in human resources department.
Some of the core focuses for this role include; managing open-enrollment in November, reviewing compensation market studies and subsequent annual increases, and working within and enhancing platforms such as Infor, Pay Factors, and Alex by Jelly Vision.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in a related field.
Demonstrates knowledge of laws and regulations related to human resource management.
Demonstrates ability to effectively operate a variety of software programs related to the technical competencies of this position.
