The Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) Benefits Consultant is responsible for strategic design, implementation and management of Human Resources (HR) programs and initiatives related to total compensation. Our Benefits Consultant builds relationships with key stakeholders including employees, executives and vendor partnerships to ensure alignment with HR strategy and business objectives.
In this role the Benefits Consultant will design compensation and benefits programs to support attraction, retention and motivation of a high quality and high performing workforce. In addition, the role includes management of HR initiatives and compensation/benefits projects including plan changes, ongoing education efforts, operations and vendor transitions to ensure employee understanding, smooth transitions and efficient and effective day-to-day operations. The Benefits Consultant will facilitate integrating and transitioning benefit for all merger/divestiture partnerships system-wide.
The ideal Benefits Consultant candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers. Must be detailed oriented, team player and possess strong organizational skill.
