The VP Health Services will play a key role in the success of our community which includes assisting in developing our Gracious Hospitality program, clinical and wellness programs, presenting regulatory education to our Executive team and Boards, coordinating our Medical Director and physicians. The VP will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues to maximize resident, family, employee and potential resident satisfaction. This significant position offers tremendous opportunity for the right person.
This position is responsible for the oversight of our 44 Bed SNF, 15 bed PC, Wellness Department, Therapy Departments, Dietary Department as well as Social Services. We are looking for someone to be able to grow our mission in conjunction with our Gracious Hospitality program.
Previous experience as an NHA is a must and preferably previous experience in a similar CCRC. Experience in EMR, Matrixcare or similar.
We are seeking someone with a BSN min. as well as active PA NHA license.
Master’s degree in related field pref.
