Under general supervision of Corporate HR Leadership, provide administrative human resource support corporate client groups which may include employees who are based at the headquarters facility, regional offices or remotely.
Responsibilities may include activity in some or all of the following functional areas that span the life cycle of our employees:
Support Corporate Recruiting Manager by maintaining corporate workforce plan and actively consulting with Hiring Managers on staffing needs, providing assistance to corporate recruiting team to ensure clients are trained and prepared to acquire the best talent for Tenet at the right time. Maintain internal, ï¿½pending reportï¿½, enabling transparency of workflow for facility HR team
Deliver corporate orientation for new hires and manage the sustainability of the documented tools and on-line orientation modules for corporate
Access and answer questions that are directed to the Corp HR email box.
Maintain ER and Exit Meeting logs for corporate clients; compiling facility ER data for decision support related to improving engagement and enhancements training curriculum or other learning tools.
Maintain accurate documentation and general HR administrative guidelines and procedures
Work with the HR Operations team to ensure execution of HR actions in the system
Coordinate offer letters both internal and external with HR Director and VP
Coordinate on boarding for new hires
Provide reporting to Corporate teams as needed on time off, anniversary, and other items identified as information needs in coordination with HR Operations
Ensure timely and efficient termination and system/building access cut off
Monitor severance payouts to ensure end date is implemented
Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Support Corporate HR Leadership to champion and deliver corporate HR talent programs, e.g., talent management processes which include goal setting, review and calibration and rewards
Champion, through above employee relations work, facility and enterprise-wide recognition programs
Serve as back-up to Corporate HR Acquisition & Divestiture (A&D) project manager, e.g., support effective coordination of A&D project team resources, project deliverables and issues from due diligence through post close integration, assisting with all aspects of the change and integration process
Special projects as business needs warrant and resources are secured and assigned
The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelorï¿½s degree in Business, with an Administration, Human Resources or related concentration or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant human resource generalist experience
PHR/SPHR certified preferred
Direct, hands-on experience with conducting assessments, creating and facilitating HR and Management related training programs is required. Experience with leveraging new, innovative solutions to address the on-boarding and assimilation needs to improve productivity and driving engagement is a highly preferred
Extensive experience in employee relations and related program management required; must demonstrate hands on experience in managing complex projects and change. Experience coaching leaders at various levels is a must
Direct M&A experience is a plus
Candidate must be comfortable in a fast paced professional environment, have exceptional organizational skills and proven project management capabilities in order to prioritize assigned activities and ensure timely and effective completion
Candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills. Candidate will also have a positive, service-oriented attitude, willingness to go ï¿½above and beyondï¿½ in support of the internal clients and have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
A solid knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws is required
The candidate must also be highly proficient in Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet. Solid experience with HR systems, e.g., LMS, SharePoint and constructing reports using tools such as Excel or Access are highly preferred
