This position will plan, organize and direct all aspects of the functions of the Clinic Business Office to ensure timely, legally compliant, and accurate billing while maximizing the cash flow related to the collections of Account Receivable.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of revenue cycle experience, 3 of which must include experience as a Director over billing or collections.
Epic PB Experience Strongly preferred
Experience in a large multipspeciality, multisite, practice envrionment preferred.
Knowledge of general accounting practices, coding and documentation, revenue cycle processes, and federal regulations.
Computer (PC) skills, ability to use spreadsheets and create reports, knowledge of A/R software and Microsoft Office products, general office equipment including 10-key by touch.
Excellent oral/written communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be energetic, detail-oriented, and a multi-tasker.
Ability to work creatively with administration and department staff to achieve objectives.
