You bring your body, mind, heart and spirit to your work as a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Partner (a.k.a. Healthcare Recruiter).
You excel at communicating clearly, hunting for superior talent and partnering with strong operational leaders in the pursuit of our talent objectives.
You’re great at what you do, but you want to be part of something even greater. Because you believe that, while individuals can be strong, the right team is invincible.
Our SCL Health Talent Acquisition team is excited to invite a new Healthcare Recruiter to join us! This Recruiter will be viewed as an important contributing team member, working together to hire individuals who align with our values and mission.
At SCL Health, we value our associates (employees), and offer convenient options to help both your day and life run smoothly. In this position you will have the ability to work in our system office or remotely. We are proud to utilize top recruiting tools and streamlined recruiting processes to ensure best practices and effectiveness.
System Services is our SCL Health Corporate office, located on the Oracle campus within the Interlocken system in Broomfield, Colorado. Our location offers many convenient perks to ensure your day in the office runs as smoothly as possible.
On campus we have a full café which makes grabbing breakfast, lunch, or a treat a breeze. We also offer an expansive athletic gym with access to a variety of workout classes, as well as personal and dynamic instructors. Lastly, we have an onsite Health Center which provides same-day medical care and consultations at absolutely no charge.
Benefits are one of the ways we encourage health for you and your family. Our generous package includes medical, dental and vision coverage. But health is more than a well-working body: it encompasses body, mind and social well-being. To that end, we’ve launched a Healthy Living program to address your holistic health. Healthy Living includes financial incentives, digital tools, tobacco cessation, classes, counseling and paid time off. We also offer financial wellness tools and retirement planning.
Together we’ll align mission and careers, values and workplace. We’ll encourage joy and take pride in our integrity.
We’ll laugh at each other’s jokes (even the bad ones). We’ll hello and high five. We’ll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing.
We’re proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will work primarily with our system (corporate) teams and will need to know how to:
Act as strategic business partner with site leadership on all recruitment related issues.
Proactively engage the Leadership teams to establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, outcomes and service standards.
Serve as consultant with leadership in the development of effective talent acquisition, sourcing and workforce planning strategies.

In partnership with our sourcing team, facilitate proactive resource planning with supply and demand analysis and work with HR Business Partners to proactively understand resource needs and talent gaps.
Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing components involved in full-life cycle recruiting.
Develop a qualified applicant pool from multiple sources, including direct sourcing, competitive information, web sites, referrals, job fairs, and advertising, networking, and internal candidate pools.
Follow the service level agreement to ensure service excellence, efficiency and meeting time to fill targets.
Complete continuing professional development opportunities including training and project participation.
Present learning opportunity to Talent Acquisition team annually.

Two (2) years of recruiting experience plus one additional year experience in a human resources, staffing, marketing or related department, required.
Experience within a healthcare environment, preferred.
Your next move.
Now that you know more about being a Talent Acquisition Partner on our team we hope you’ll join us. At SCL Health you’ll reaffirm every day how much you love this work and why you were called to it in the first place.
