Director, Ambulatory Surgical Centers Baptist Outpatient Services Full Time, 8:30A-5P

You will be responsible for setting the overall vision and objectives for all areas of responsibility and help to drive the strategy for the ASC product line. Areas of responsibility include, but may not be limited to, the effective and efficient operation of a freestanding, single-specialty ambulatory surgery center, engagement of physician investors, resource allocation, and staff and leadership development. You will also be a member of the BOS Strategic Planning group.
Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration required. Master’s degree in Business Administration or a health related field strongly preferred. (Master’s degree must be completed within one year of hire date).
Three to five years’ experience in a leadership position at a hospital, health system, or other ambulatory setting.
Strong planning, financial and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment balancing multiple priorities and the needs of various stakeholders.
