Due to continued growth, Agrace currently has a full time opening for a physician to serve hospice and palliative care patients in the community throughout the Madison area. We also have an opportunity for a full time physician to practice in both the community and inpatient setting.
At Agrace, physicians enjoy strong partnerships with area hospitals and medical practices; a collaborative, interdisciplinary team of Agrace professionals; comprehensive in-home, inpatient, respite and residential hospice care and community, clinic and hospital-based palliative care consultation; interaction with our joint fellowship program (with the University of Wisconsin Hospital and the Veteran’s Administration Hospital and Agrace); and two state-of-the-art inpatient and residential facilities in Madison and Janesville.

Requirements include a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, current unrestricted MD or DO WI State Medical license, Board certification or Board eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred; unrestricted narcotic license (DEA); with experience in a hospice or palliative practice preferred.
