This position provides support, leader, and staff recruitment efforts which may, include maintaining the integrity of recruitment data, scheduling site visits, coordinating the interview itineraries with the stakeholders, performing reference checks, and. Performs a designated function, to provide a seamless delivery of service to customers, candidates, and the hiring authority at all times.
Coordinates with the recruiter and the hiring authority accurate open recruitment profiles for employed positions. Inputs accurate applicant/candidate data reflecting the current status of candidate activity, C.V., candidate communication, and other relevant information.
Effectively uses all systems related to Talent Acquisition (TA) including the applicant tracking system, vacancy management system.
Conducts and documents candidate reference checks and licensure. May develop itineraries while the candidate is on-site and ensures that all participants in the process are kept informed of their schedule and any necessary revisions.
Ensures that the candidate and all stakeholders are informed of the logistics and have all the relevant information needed to have a successful site visit experience.
Provides program support to other organizational programs, as needed or directed. This position is also accountable for participating in career fairs and other engagements, as appropriate. Coordinates logistics for New Employee Orientation sessions. Partners with Clinical Education, Occupational Health, Secure Hire and Security to ensure candidate hand-off occurs with hiring partners, so other stakeholders can follow through on their required activities.
May be responsible for ensuring an excellent candidate experience to include all related interviewing, pre-boarding and on-boarding activities.
Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment as normally obtained through the completion of an associates degree in business, human resources, or related field.
Must possess a general knowledge of recruitment/HR processes and service expectations as normally demonstrated through one year of related experience in a recruitment, human resources and/or staffing agency environment. Must have proven success working in a high volume, multi-faceted position that requires exceptional customer service, critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.
Must have advanced computer skills and customer relations skills. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor at all times.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
