The Executive Director of Physician Compensation leads the Healthcare System's development of physician and advanced practice clinicians (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) compensation standards, and manages the compensation review process across sites throughout the organization. This position maintains and makes recommendations related to physician and advanced pratice clinician compensation. The Executive Director provides leadership and competency on physician compensation matters. This role is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of specific pay practices to ensure legal compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations. The Executive Director of Physician Compensation manages and coaches support staff in the data analysis and implementation of physician and other designated non-physician functions.
Position created due to the growth of the multi-specialty group practice. There are currently between 750-800 providers and growing!
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Business Administration or related field with courses in Healthcare, Finance, Accounting, Statistical Analysis and/or other Business related courses.
Minimum of five (5) years experience working with healthcare finance and physician compensation
