Supports a department sub-group or one small department. Performs numerous typing and clerical duties including: scheduling appointments and meetings, giving information, and taking dictation. Composes and types routine correspondence. Files correspondence and other records. Answers telephone and provides information requested. Opens and distributes mail. Must also be willing to drive a van to and from healthcare events.
High School Diploma required.
Demonstrated computer skills with various software programs such as MS Word, Excel and other department specific programs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, time management and organizational skills.
One year of administrative level secretarial experience.
