The organizations are seeking a board certified/board eligible academic Pediatric Gastroenterologist with expertise in esophageal and gastrointestinal motility. This is a full time position including attending clinical responsibilities, participation in medical student, pediatric resident, and fellow education, pursuit of academic endeavors appropriate for promotion, and contributions to administrative responsibilities. - The ideal candidate will be able to perform and interpret esophageal, anorectal, antroduodenal, and colonic motility studies.
- The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology enjoys a strong foundation with 8 full-time Board Certified Pediatric Gastroenterologists, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 6 Registered Nurses, a Dietitian, Social Worker, and a Psychologist.
- The Division has an ACGME accredited Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship Program.
- Qualified MD/DO or MD/DO/PhD candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology, and possess excellent interpersonal, procedural, and clinical skills.
- Eligibility for academic rank at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level.
- Recognized as the top ranked children’s hospital in northern Ohio, UH/RBC is a 244-bed, Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center and principal referral center for Ohio and the region.
