Main duty is to be the Chauffeur operating a company provided automobile or van in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
Operates as the company chauffeur according to the daily driving schedule. Takes passengers to and from, but not limited to, doctor's appointments. Assists residents in their transportation needs. Performs miscellaneous errands as required. Reports mechanical malfunctions and problems of any vehicle to maintenance and is responsible for cleanliness of assigned vehicle. Performs any other duties as may be assigned to maintain proper operation of CHRISTUS St. Joseph Village. Related to the Work Environment: Collaborates with other Associates to ensure that the customer expectations are met. Communicated in a manner that is inclusive and respectful of each Associate. Supports other Associates by participating as a team player Treats Associates with respect in the fulfillment of duties. Related to Associate Development: Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends and participates in assigned education events. Provides feedback through Associate Satisfaction surveys and other focus groups/surveys to improve and maintain a great place to work.
High school diploma or equivalent One year related experience preferred Current Texas drivers license
