They represent typical elements considered necessary to successfully perform the job EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in healthcare field or health promotion/wellness required or 6 years experience in wellness related field may be accepted in lieu of degree. Experience with computers and use of software including Microsoft Office (includes: Visio, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) required. Additional computer experience (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, and databases) required. Minimum one year healthcare/wellness work experience preferred. Valid driver's license for travel to company locations required WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel is required and may be frequent during peak seasons. There may be limited overnight travel. Duties require exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally (approximately 10-33% of shift) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push and pull articles such as files and boxes.
