Responsible for ensuring SHS provides the highest quality and safest care for our patients.
Collaborates with senior leaders in the organization to establish and execute SHS strategic priorities in quality, patient safety and risk management.
Oversees and serves as the chief champion and spokesperson for quality, patient safety and risk management system-wide.
Combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities.
Board certified/board eligible
Eight years of progressively responsible experience; including leadership experience in performance improvement/quality management areas.
Experience integrating programs and developing systems of care and service quality within a health care system.
Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent care.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
