Works closely with the Radiology Department Chair and the UVM Health Network Regional Directors of Operations to provide financial data and support in order to establish, drive, achieve, and monitor fiscally responsible and high quality Radiology services across the UVM Health Network. Works with the Chair, financial officers and staff of UVMHN hospitals to support the UVMHN Department of Radiology strategic objectives and goals. Provides faculty practice administrative support for the HCS physician leader and radiologists across the UVM Health Network.. Manages professional contracts, salaries and other services for the radiologists. Responsible for professional, technical, and University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine Radiology finances and budgets, including external contracts for Radiology services, as well as oversight and administrative support for research, grants, and education.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field required. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration or a related area.
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in a health care financial management setting, preferably in an academic physician practice and/or a Radiology network setting.
