We are a referral based group, and our patient consults have a high yield for surgery. We maximize our surgeons' time in the OR and grow their surgical volume to well above the specialty's average.
Start with a busy schedule averaging 10 cataract surgeries/week and 2 cases requiring MIGS
Patient population has a high pathology and yield for surgeries
Schedule with four clinic days and one OR day
Quickly increase your volume with the demand from the community

Partner with our fulltime internal Optometrist and community ODs to co-manage post-op care
