We seek an outstanding individual with an MD degree who is board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology with a Texas Medical License.
Subspecialty training and board certification accepted, but not required. This position will serve to help manage mid size multispeciality practice in the Houston area. Duties will include primary oversight of comprehensive ophthalmology consultation and hospital/emergency patients; performance of outpatient clinics; and procedures in operating rooms, minor surgery room, and laser suites. Joining physician will concentrate on cataract & anterior segment surgery with comprehensive ophthalmology patient care.
Excellent in-office technology as well as access to multiple ASC with highly efficient clinical staff at each facility. Solid management and practice administration. Experienced surgeon preferred but fellows will be considered. The practice has a very large and loyal patient following of comprehensive ophthalmology and has served the Houston community since 1974.
