6-bed PICU and 10-bed pediatric floor
Closed unit model with dedicated nursing staff and fully complemented ancillary team

Call from home
Level-II trauma center with over 100 Level-I pediatric trauma activations per year
Busy 28-bed, Level III-B NICU staffed by MEDNAX neonatologists creating a collegial critical care environment
Responsibilities include admissions and patient management, consultation with families and referring physicians
Sub-specialty support includes NICU, MFM, pediatric anesthesia, neurology, cardiology, endocrinology, hem/onc, and ENT, with plans to expand pediatric surgery including a pediatric surgery program as well as establishing a regional burn program
