The CCO will provide clinical leadership over quality, medical staff affairs and growth of clinical services. With a strong foundation of quality and service excellence and a data centric approach, the CCO will lead HH to top decile care standards across the continuum and build upon the hospital's strong clinical engine. The CCO will evaluate medical affairs while supporting the highly collegial physician culture and leading innovative graduate medical education programs. The CCO will oversee the continued expansion of the medical group, Huntington Health Partners, and will advance clinical services in line with the Hospital's mission to support the community in a pluralistic physician employment model.
The ideal candidate is a visible, transparent and decisive leader and communicator, one who is able to collaborate across the organization, while empowering and promoting partnership and trust. An M.D. or D.O. degree with current Board Certification is required; a master's in healthcare or business administration or related field is highly desirable.
