The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching and coordinating the appropriate personnel in response to service request, process requests by field crews for assistance, and facilitating the information between field crews, agencies, hospitals, and administrative staff as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Call taking Experience
EMT-Basic or higher level licensure/certification is preferred.
Demonstrate map reading skills
Functional understanding of communications equipment (telephone, radios, recording equipment, and computers,.)
