If you are a neonatologist interested in making an immediate impact with the nation's leading provider of neonatal medicine, this is the opportunity for you. This position will support the Southeastern states with primary assignments in Florida. Physicians will be well compensated for their experience and the extensive travel required of the position.

As part of MEDNAX's Neonatology Regional Resource Team, you will put your clinical expertise and leadership skills to good use as you:

• Participate in the development of NICUs across the region
• Provide interim coverage for new hospital contracts
• Provide full time clinical resources for practices in a designated regional area to support growth opportunities
• Drive MEDNAX's growth efforts to remain the industry leader

Job Requirements:

• Experience working in a variety of practice settings or demonstrated ability to successfully and quickly adapt to new and challenging environments
• Assignment duration tends to be 3 months
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing strong relationships with nursing staff
• Multiple current licenses are a plus.
