Ideal candidates for this position will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or relevant field; Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in health care administration; 10 years preferred.

• The Executive Director will be an active member of Valley Medical Group’s leadership team,
participating in discussions around strategy, operations, and process improvement.
• The Executive Director will be responsible for providing direction to all regional directors,
office managers, providers, and clinical and non-clinical staff in the practices and VMG sites
of care. This individual shall work collaboratively with the VHS executive leading the access
and navigation center, revenue cycle department, and lead liaison with our contracted claims
system Athena Health.
• This executive of VMG Operations is a key driver of operational improvement and
implementation of strategic initiatives within VMG, developing a responsive team of regional
directors and collaborating with providers and staff to align team-based expectations with the
mission and vison of the health system.
• The ED is responsible for building a cohesive/integrated culture among healthcare providers
and for the delivery of high quality, service excellence-focused clinical services, while also
being responsible for margin enhancement strategies within VMG and VHS.
