Dignity Health Medical Group is actively seeking a highly patient-centric physician to serve as a Cardiothoracic Imaging Radiologist in our Radiology Department at St. Josephs Hospital in Phoenix.
The Radiology group provides our hospital with both inpatient, emergency and outpatient imaging services. Our academic hospital provides teaching and research opportunities in our integrated care model.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
MD or DO Degree and Active Board Certification
Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
Completed ACGME Residency training with current ABMS Board Certification
Subspecialty training in cardiothoracic radiology
Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
Is a team-oriented provider that is passionate about providing quality care and furthering the healing ministry, while serving the poor and underprivileged

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Opportunity to practice up to 60% Cardiothoracic Imaging with choice of alternate rotation coverage
Responsibilities include daily clinical interpretation of chest radiographs, thoracic CT (including HRCT, Lung Cancer Screening and Cardiac CT) and thoracic MRI (Cardiac MRI interpretation is preferred)
Shared after hour and weekend coverage
Supervision of residents and lecturing to radiology residents, medical students and trainees from other departments
Active participation in multidisciplinary team conferences including ILD, Lung Cancer Screening and Thoracic Oncology
Research or similar academic activities are strongly encouraged
