The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

This position is responsible for conducting ConnectCARE (Epic) user training for various credentialed applications. This position will develop lesson plans, and update training materials to reflect changes in policies, curriculum and build. Provide effective training so students are able to use ConnectCARE with confidence. Provide telephone and at-the-elbow support through planned rounding events and other support activities. Work with managers and educators to assure end users are able to use the application and identify individuals who may need additional support.
EDUCATION: Associate degree required. Two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for associate degree.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Credentialed Trainer in at least one Epic application within 8 weeks of start date.
Proficiency in but not limited to Excel and Word.

NATURE OF SUPERVISION:
-Responsible to: Credentialed Training Supervisor and Clinical Applications Manager, in Information Services.
The position may require occasional support duties during off hours, weekends and holidays. May be required to travel to perform duties. May be required to work outside of normal working hours due to project demands.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift and transfer objects typically not in excess of 25 lbs. Extended use of video display terminal and keyboard utilizing sound ergonomic principals.
