What you'll be doing:
Coordinate the execution of critical initiatives and projects
Stand in as leadership and/or doer during meetings or emergencies
Provide mentorship and insight for projects that are mission & business critical, while advancing as needed to the VP of Health Informatics
Ensure consistency of specific projects in line with overall vision, budget and goals
Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan to monitor progress and performance against project plans and budget
Identify and gathers resources which may include developing project schedules/slide decks, budgets and forecasts, research, equipment, project staff, and external contractors
Coaches and mentors project staff and provides support, visibility at all levels, quality, & timely implementations
Acts as a sounding board in thinking, analysis, and synthesis; partners on strategic and multi-year planning; ensure we are ready to deal with challenges as they come.
Our ideal candidate:
10+ yrs working in project, portfolio, program, or chief of staff management in a large scale IT setting
Proven experience leading diverse teams and navigating a business/agile transformation
Experience as a certified life or executive coach is encouraged and appreciated
Known for ability to influence & engage, being resilient, managing change, executive communications, and empowering people with a servant leader approach
Okay with heavy reliance for material prep, content distribution and or storytelling/role playing
Ensures agendas are established and followed, and content is tracked during meetings with proper follow up
