The Vanderbilt Memory and Alzheimer's Center seeks qualified applicants for a Clinical Research Program Manager. The candidate will plan, develop and execute multiple clinical studies for the newly developed NIA-funded Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, under occasional guidance from the Center Director and faculty leadership. High-level responsibilities will focus on organizing and implementing new protocols, hiring and training new staff, allocating and monitoring staff responsibilities, tracking study progress and milestones, and overseeing data collection activities. Successful applicants will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with colleagues and participants from diverse backgrounds. This position is ideal for applicants looking to grow their clinical research management skills in a highly collaborative environment. Exceptional organizational skills, verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are required. Proficiency in all Microsoft applications is also required. Oversees the creation, coordination, and implementation of all protocols related to the new Vanderbilt Alzheimer's Disease Research Center

Proactively addresses issues related to staffing and visit logistics. Seeks continuous improvement in clinical research protocol implementation
