We are recruiting for a Manager, HR Resource Center (HRRC) Service Delivery , to co-lead our dedicated team of MSK HR experts with the HRRC.

You Will:

• Lead and manage the day to day operations of the HR Resource Center Representative team to ensure operational efficiency of the HR service delivery function.
• Focus on developing and continually improving high-levels of customer service and happiness.
• Responsible for establishing and assessing key performance indicators in support of defined service level agreements.
• Build and maintain a strong functional team through effective recruiting, training, mentoring, team building and organizational planning.
• Responsible for partnering and serving as a liaison with HR functional areas to establish business rules and processes for service escalation protocols, and resolving service delivery related issues that may arise.

You Need:

• The qualified candidate has at least 4 years of related experience and demonstrated supervisory and management experience in an HR environment.
• Possesses extensive knowledge related to HR Programs, Policies, and Procedures.
• Demonstrates strong commitment to providing superb customer service.
• Effective managerial skills that can energize, develop, and manage multi-disciplined work teams to respond to business needs.
• Able to create plans, devise work schedules, and manage according to performance standards, budget, and work loads.
• Strong writing skills.
