The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. The Configuration Analyst 2 is responsible for analyzing changes in product design to determine the effect on the end product function; determines and prepares documentation necessary for change. Reviews released change activities and updates documention to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Utilizes source documents to analyze and build standard and non-standard products and contracts within the claims processing system.
Provides timely and consistent status updates to all workgroups to ensure a smooth and efficient process for new and renewing groups. Participates in group implementation meetings to identify changes and provide knowledge for current configuration.
Provides support and analysis to retro-product updates and contracts to ensure timely completion and movement into production.
Researches and responds to inquiries from other departments.
Serves as a subject matter expert, providing assistance to other staff members. As a key contributor, participates in mid-level to complex projects; may also lead projects as needed.

Configuration knowledge of numerous sub-systems and how they relate to each other.
Skill in the use of computers and associated software such as Microsoft Office.
