Position Details: -Manage five-facility nursing home patient population with a team of NPs and APPs -Turn-key practice; established and ready to work from day 1 -Nursing home population approximately 250-300 residents -Minimal call (PA's and APP's share call) -Geriatrics fellowship not required but a plus
Compensation: -Above MGMA median base salary -Relocation expenses, sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment -Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, CME, PTO, 401k, life, and malpractice
