The Martinsburg VA Medical Center provides comprehensive care for patients who have illnesses within the scope of Otolaryngology. The Otolaryngologist admits, evaluates, diagnoses, consults, and provides non-surgical and surgical care to patients of all ages to correct or treat illnesses, disorders, diseases, or injuries of the head and neck affecting the ears, facial skeleton, respiratory and upper alimentary system.
The ENT outpatient clinic provides care to an adult population that averages a census load of 8 -10 patients with two operating room days a week. The weekly schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The call is very little to none with occasional consultative phone call.
