| Seeking a full-time, board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician to join a well-established practice at Providence Medical Group's Canby Family Medicine practice. You'll be part of a patient-centered medical home that includes a behaviorist, a clinical pharmacist, as well as nursing staff with lab and x-ray onsite. This is a small, close-knit practice with mature patient panels where you will have the opportunity to see multiple family generations. - Monday to Friday; variable days, daytime hours
