Work Hours/Shift: - Full-Time, Monday – Friday
You Will Be Responsible For: - Demonstrates through behavior AdventHealth’s mission, vision, values and service standards as outlined in the organizations Whole Care Experience training
- Leads implementation and sustainment endeavors related to a culture of mission and the delivery of Spiritual Care in AdventHealth outpatient settings
- Provides strategic direction for CMI initiatives
- Partners with stakeholders to understand business strategy and forecast future mission competencies – inclusive of but not limited to strategic goals, improvement objectives, action plans, performance measures, etc.
- Spearheads enhancements based on industry trends and mission integration best practices
- Collaborates with industry leading technology experts – with technology responsibilities related, but not limited, to SalesForce, Electronic Medical Record systems, Data Analytic platforms, etc.
- Enhances CMI focus of team member support, patient support, and community support
- Offers consultation and assists local market CMI employees in promoting a culture of mission
- Mentors and supports local market CMI employees
- Develops new strategies for training and development
- Creates new resources as needed
- Facilitates CMI team meetings and prepares all necessary materials
- Conducts on-site/virtual visits to hospitals and outpatient entities engaged in CMI initiatives to evaluate progress and sustainability
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What You Will Need: - Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- 5+ years of management experience; healthcare preferred
- Personal commitment to God
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Aptitude to learn and become well-versed in new and existing technology and data analytic systems
- Completion of 1+ units of ACPE accredited Clinical Pastoral Education, preferred
- Change Management certification, preferred
Job Summary: AdventHealth seeks to fill a full-time Manager position for Clinical Mission Integration (CMI). This is a unique opportunity to work for corporate services and support CMI team members located across AdventHealth local markets. We are looking for a team player to join our staff of enthusiastic, competent, service-oriented personnel who contribute to our reputation as one of the best faith-based health care organizations in the industry. The CMI Manager will be responsible for supporting the sustainment of a culture of mission and the delivery of Spiritual Care in AdventHealth outpatient settings. Areas of oversight will include the Spiritual Wholeness Screening, Spiritual Ambassadors, CREATION Life, and Spiritual Formation. In addition to these initiatives, the CMI Manager will focus on supporting others, leading operational business strategies, advancing technology integration, and maintaining agile data analytic platforms. The ideal candidate must have a heart and desire for ministry and love of people. Must have strong management skills, as this position is people-oriented, requires a high degree of critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with data and analytics. Overnight and out-of-state travel may constitute about 25% of time.
